The Ford Squad – Local Heroes

The first of the’ ford squad’s new band night for local bands.

This months features Stoke’s finest HERZOGA who have been described as “Like early Art Brut wrestling with a pub outing of psychiatrists” – by Steve Lamacq….. and “Not a second is wasted on this crucial, inventive unit. Think Art Brutish vox over Awful Sparksish quirkiness.” By Artrocker…This is underground music that needs to be heard. Also from Stoke are the AMATEUR ASSASSINS a newer band who made their debut at The Holiday Club, abrasive, chaotic and exciting these boys are definitely worth catching. And representing the band side of Stafford for the evening will be AUDIOCRIME a young band who will be providing a nice contrast to the evening with their melodic indie rock stylings…as well a potential drop-in from the Trent Vale Poet…

In the bar area will be Dj’s and an acoustic act to be confirmed…
